Cynthia is currently located on the East Coast of the USA, but lived most of her adult life in the Pacific Northwest. She's also lived in the Philippines for a year, traveled to China several times, worked as a newspaper reporter, raised kids/cats/gardens, and written six novels — with many more coming. She has been professionally editing others' work since 2010, beginning in fiction, but early on pivoted into the tech world, with a focus on MarCom and editing copy from foreign translations into English for the Western markets. |
Please contact Cynthia Moyer Editing to discuss rates, as the nature of your business and the amount of work you need done on a regular basis will help determine where you fall in her price range: $80-$100 an hour. (Regular, monthly work = lower hourly rates for you!) And no piece of work is too small — a short blog post may only take 12 minutes to edit, and that's what you'll be charged for. Total minutes for each client are tallied up at the end of the month, regardless of length, which means your invoice only reflects the time spent on your work.
